For many girls, frizzy flyaway hair can be one of the many bane of your mane's life. When it's hot out, for hair frizzes because its dry from the sun or you're sweaty, when it's cold out your hair gets all puffy from the moisture and the rain, or maybe the wind makes your hair rough like mine? And even during normal weather we still battle frizzy hair. This is true for girls with curly hair, wavy hair and even naturally straight hair, who own straighteners just to nab those last few sneaky hairs. John Frieda have come up with a simple, logical, effective and portable solution!

I hadn't heard about this component of my current favourite John Frieda Full Repair line, but immediately when I saw it I thought "this is clever, and I need it!". On my way to see a friend and shop it started raining literally 10 seconds within being outside, even with an umbrella and my scarf covering my head my hair can't escape the moisture :( So even if it stays relatively straight I still end up with puffy, fluffy hair. I was in Priceline (my favourite store for this whole year, I've fallen in love with pharmacies!) with a friend showing her the Full Repair Shampoo & Conditioner  and talking about how much I loved it when I saw a mascara shaped product, confusing at first I then realised the genius, the John Frieda Full Repair Touch Up FlyAway Tamer. I immediately figured it'd be the perfect solution to my fluffy hair, plus even after I straighten my hair normally I have a lot of flyaways around the roots of my hair and on my fringe, definitely a must need product for me.

This'll be a very happy post indeed!

My hair is problematic to say the very least, it's big, curly, thick, coloured, dry, split, I've got seborrheic dermatitis, trust me the list goes on. John Frieda's Full Repair line is aimed at girls with "over styled" hair, you know, those girls who can't put their GHD down every morning, just like, you and I? Certainly me! 

When I went to England I didn't take my Redken All Soft shampoo and conditioner with me, didn't want to risk the spillage, so the first day I was there I went down to Boots and noticed this pigeon pair.

I first read about the new Full Repair line on Fleur De Force (love!) back in February and I was certainly intrigued, but didn't recall it again till I went to Boots. The shampoo and conditioner were about 6 pounds each or a little less, forgive me! The shampoo and conditioner both have a really love fruity scent derived from "Inca Inchi Oil"; weightlessly repairing the hair. The other main concept of Full Repair is to weightlessly restore bounce and body into hair without weighing it down, now since my hair naturally has a lot of volume I always avoid products that have anything to do with the words body, volume, bounce, because I need something to smoothen and almost deflate my hair a little, otherwise I look like a lioness!

Onto the products, the shampoo is a translucent white gel, it lathers quite nicely (though lather factor has nothing to do with the effectiveness of a product!), doesn't irritate my scalp and leaves it feeling fresh and clean. My favourite part is how when I just use the shampoo alone and wash it out, my hair doesn't get that dry straw feeling in between washing out shampoo and applying conditioner, I can run my comb through my hair after shampoo, which is great considering I don't find that with any other shampoo! The conditioner is a mildly thick cream that smells heavenly, it's not too heavy, not oily or greasy, and revitalises my hair in a really great way, the pair are the best combination of shampoo and conditioner I have ever used, and for the price I will definitely be repurchasing!

On another note, I also bought the split end repair serum from the Full Repair line, but I took the last box at Boots and it turned out the bottle was broken, so there was serum all inside my shopping bag :/ My Bourjois blush still smells of John Frieda!
