Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen

Just a heads up, this isn't going to be pretty!
I purchased the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen when I was on holiday in the UK and my Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Eye Pen ran out, and oh man do I regret it...
I bought it on recommendation of Paula's Choice (@beautypedia.com) which I absolutely positively trust, but for the first time I was disappointed! I purchased the Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen at Boots (I can't recall the price and it's not on the website). First of all, the tip of the pen is HUGE, and not particularly pliable, the tip is like a thick texta, it doesn't bend or move in any way, shape or form, The formula itself is very dry, and the colour runs out quickly. I tried to use it for a few days (because otherwise I'd have no liquid liner at all, and I feel weird without it!), big mistake. At least I had enough experience testing it for you guys. I found it very hard to create a thin precise line, and my winged tips turned into big messy black squares, it even ruined my eyeshadow underneath! The worst part I found is that it's long lasting, it's an absolute pain to remove and very difficult to fix. Just no, not for me at all!

The Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen may work well for some people (otherwise Paula's Choice wouldn't have rated it so highly!) but it's not for me at all. It doesn't work for my eye shape, for the purpose I want to use it for, and for the colour intensity I desire. Not recommended at all!
